The terms of the Vitalsense trade-in program for HQI monitors and capsules are as follows:

• For each HQI monitor (in working condition) you send us that is in working condition, we will give you 40% off the standard price of a VitalSense Monitor.
  
• For each HQI CorTemp ingestible core body thermometer pill (unused and in working condition), we will give you 30% off a VitalSense Core Body Temperature Capsule or Dermal Patch Temperature Sensor.

Devices will be verified by Mini Mitter to be in working condition. Non-working devices will not be eligible for discounts. Devices must be received by Mini Mitter prior to issuing credit.
